Design and implementation of new concentration and program in animation, approved by the Alabama Commission on Higher Education in October 2014 with start date of Fall Semester 2016.
Design and implementation of new concentration and program in Glass Arts, and oversight of design and construction of purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility (approximately $1.1 million).
Design and implementation of Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Art History—original program placed on hiatus by the University in 2003.
Design and implementation of Masters in Art Education in cooperation with the College of Education.
Reinstated Printmaking (redesigned) and Sculpture Programs.
Led renovation of facility to create a departmental gallery space.
Procured donor funding for creation of second graphic design computer lab.
